Wow...the more you trash talk the stupider I get. I have a digital watch (Swiss) and I used to compete in car stereo sound offs (probably before you were born).

If you never have been to a sound-off they're pretty intense. It's a competition just like drag racing, drifting & autox. But thet messure sound levels, imaging, musical accuracy, and clarity amongst alot of other areas like custom fab work, innovative design, and alarm intergration and security.

Yes I used to have a 79' Celica GT with a stereo much more valuable than the car itself inside. Was able to produce 139db SPL with 4 8" subs driven by 1 Soundstream D200 monoed amp, (yes it shook the ground...vibrated my eyeballs so bad I couldn't see...so I didn't drive at full volume). So I'm a freakin retard...you forgot to mention DEAF! Hey what can I say I was 17 years old. I also smoked pot and drank alcohol too!

I'm not a success story by any means but I'm getting through life and doing ok.
